POPPING EYEBALLS

This recipe is inspired by the popular protein balls that many health enthusiasts love.

You will need:

  • 1 1/2 cup of Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2 scoop of Choclate Nutrimeal (about 2/3 of the individual sachet)
  • 1 cup of Peanut Butter (You can mix between smooth and crunchy)
  • 1/4 cup of Maple Syrup

For Decoration:

  • Melted Chocolates (White/Milk/Dark)
  • Chocolate chips

First, you will need to grind the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats into fine grounds. You can skip this step if you do not want to grind them. Put them in a mixing bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl.

With a spatula, mix all the ingredients well.

You may encounter some difficulties at first due to the lack of “moist ingredients” but continue mixing them. Then use your hands to bring them together and form a bite size ball shape.

Drizzle the melted chocolates on the “eyeballs” and drop a chocolate chip on the ball to create the eye.

Keep them refrigerated for at least an hour so the ingredients are able to retain its shape better.
