These terms set out the terms and conditions which apply to the LAVA Rewards Program.

By creating an account with LAVAHEALTH, you are automatically enrolled in LAVA Rewards Program and means that you accept, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.References to ‘you’ or ‘your’ means you as a participant in LAVA Rewards Program. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ refer to the LAVAHEALTH, the creator and promoter of the activities available on the website. LAVAHEALTH reserves the right to use personal data, voluntarily provided by users as described in our Terms & Conditions.

These Terms supplement our website terms and conditions and our privacy and cookies policies.


You must be logged into your LAVAHEALTH account to access your LAVA Rewards Program dashboard.

Participation in LAVA Rewards Program is a benefit granted to LAVAHEALTH users and as such can be suspended, revoked or terminated at any time by us for any reason. In the event of termination of your participation, all benefits including all accrued LAVA Reward Points and other program benefits will automatically and immediately be forfeited. In the event of a termination of your participation or termination of LAVA Rewards Program, LAVAHEALTH has no liability to participants for unused points or other program benefits and unused points may not be redeemed on any future purchase.

For each S$1 you spend on any qualifying purchase from LAVAHEALTH, you will be awarded 1 LAVA Reward Point.

The number of LAVA Reward Points awarded is based on the numerical value of the invoice minus any shipping fees. For example, an order to Malaysia with a product value of S$200 and S$10 shipping fees is charged at checkout,  200 LAVA Reward Points will be awarded.

LAVA Reward Points will appear in your dashboard after Seven (7) days from the order’s delivery date provided no returns have been made.

If there is a request for Exchange, the points will only become available for use Seven (7) days after the exchange order’s delivery date.

You will only receive 1 LAVA Reward Point for every full Singapore Dollar (SGD) you spend. For example, if you spend S$0.99, you will not receive any points, if you spend S$100.50, you will only receive 100 LAVA Reward Points but if you spend S$200, you will receive 200 LAVA Reward Points.

LAVA Reward Points is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another customer’s account.

Qualifying purchase is when you spend a minimum of S$1 on LAVAHEALTH on items included in LAVA Rewards Program. At our discretion, some items may be excluded.

LAVA Reward Points will not be awarded for the amount of  LAVAHEALTH Credit or Virtual Gift Card used at checkout.


Confirmed points are valid for 12 months, they will expire on the last day of the 12th month.

When a reward is redeemed, the oldest points from your account will be deducted first.


Your LAVA Reward Points will be classified as pending during the Return Period, Seven (7) days after the order’s delivery date and the points will become available, provided LAVAHEALTH has received the total payment for that purchase and you did not make any returns during the Return Period.

If during the Return Period, you return any of your purchased items for a refund, the Pending LAVA Reward Points that have been earned will be deducted to reflect any returns made.


From time to time at the discretion of LAVAHEALTH, there may be opportunities to earn bonus points in addition to the standard 1x LAVA Reward Points earned on eligible purchases. Bonus points can be earned via signing up for a LAVAHEALTH account and completing your profile, special product promotions, birthday month, writing product reviews and spending a certain amount during checkout. If you want to benefit from these bonus point offers, you will need to comply with the applicable terms and conditions for that offer, which we will communicate to you at that time.


You may redeem your LAVA Reward Points during checkout to offset your purchases according to the number of Points available. Every 100 LAVA Reward Points is equivalent to S$1. Points are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another customer’s account. To redeem your points, click on the “Redeem Points” during checkout and enter the number of points you wish to redeem. LAVA Reward Points may only be used on the website LAVA.HEALTH


LAVA Rewards Program is brought to you by LAVAHEALTH and benefits shall be considered void where prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law. LAVAHEALTH assumes no liability for participation by users where their participation violates state/country laws or regulations. Your participation is subject to present and future program rules. Your participation is valid only at LAVAHEALTH and LAVA Reward Points may only be earned and redeemed on LAVAHEALTH

No purchase is necessary to enroll. To begin earning and redeeming LAVA Reward Points, you must be signed up for an account at LAVAHEALTH with a username and password and you also consent to: LAVAHEALTH collection and use of the data collected from your activity. Please review our Privacy Policy.


LAVA Rewards Program is offered to users who are over 18 years of age as of the date of their first subscription to LAVAHEALTH.

LAVAHEALTH reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel LAVA Rewards Program without prior notice for any conduct, which we at our sole discretion, believe is in violation of acceptable usage of LAVA Rewards Program. We also reserve the right to revoke LAVA Reward Points, at our sole discretion, for any participant who has tried to abuse LAVA Rewards Program in any way.


By entering into LAVA Rewards Program, you release LAVAHEALTH any affiliated companies and employees from any and all liability of any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this loyalty program, or acceptance or use of any points given. No responsibility is assumed for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or jumbled transmissions, or service provider (Internet, website, Usenet) accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. Since the above causes are not exhaustive and changes to the same can or will be made at the sole discretion of LAVAHEALTH as and when required without giving prior notice or any form of communication to the loyalty program users.


LAVAHEALTH reserves the right to vary any or all of the terms of LAVA Rewards Program, to amend the terms and conditions, or to terminate the program, at any time without notice and without further obligations to users, including, but not limited to, modifications which: govern LAVA Reward Points earned on and after the date of the change; or change the value of already accumulated LAVA Reward points. Notice of any such changes, amendments or termination will be provided to users via message or email, or by being posted on LAVA.HEALTH and will be effective immediately, unless otherwise stated in the notification.
